Job Description
• Communication & Coordination with Customers
• Understanding & Documenting detailed customer requirements and communicating the same to internal design team.
• Identifying gaps in product and implementation that can be addresses by application design team to help clients
• Creating step by step guide for installation/upgrade for application to be done directly by customers/employees
• Implementation & Integration of application at client site
• Following standard procedures for client communication, proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Ensure all issues are properly logged & documented
• Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective step


• Domain knowledge of Capital Markets / Stock Exchange
• Experience of working in live environment at client site
• Proven experience in technology support & implementation
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux environments
• Hands-on experience on MySQL / SQL
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
